There is more info that could be pulled from the reference #3, such as what happened in the 2012 Olympics, decrease in the size of the delegation, etc.

It is just explaining the table, and how they could be placed 43rd when there are only a few people in a heat. Is there a better way to display the note? Kees08 (Talk)
