There are several things unclear or wrong in the current introduction.
The system uses the force as a base unit, but force is still mass*length/time^2
The mass unit hyl depends on the definition of the force unit kp, the same mass has a different value in hyl if the kp is locally different
To avoid this, the kp was defined via the
Standard gravitygn (n for nominal) in 1901, since then the kp does not depend on the gravity of the earth
