AFAIK some of these terms, such as "atomic formula", are terms from the field of formal logic that aren't unique to set theory. So should there be a page split creating a new page called "Glossary of logic"? If so, there are also some terms such as consistency, soundness, etc. that could be included there

Hi, I have begun to work on a glossary of logic. Currently I have the opposite problem, there are some set theory terms on it that I still have to remove, and I have to fix many of the definitions, but it should become publishable soon.
