So the discussion about deleting this article settled on "keep", which is fine with me. But I cannot see that Gladys Pearl Baker deserves the introduction "was an American film editor" and the accompanying categories. I know of no relevant film she edited, and not a single one is mentioned on her IMDb page. The text says she worked as a "film negative cutter" – which is not the same as a film editor. Negative cutters had zero creative input into the film; they simply followed the instructions given to them by directors, producers and editors. So that would not give her any notability. Until a significant film that she edited herself is pointed out with citation, I suggest removing the misleading introduction and the categories. -- Sprachraum ( talk) 06:22, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
