I propose that George Rawlings be merged into George C. Rawlings. I think that the content in the George Rawlings article can easily be explained in the context of George C. Rawlings, and the George Rawlings article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of George C. Rawlings will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
