If they get registered in one of those countries, yes [grin]. The board and participants would undoubtedly help if a group of Americans wanted to set up a similar system, and it is not impossible that the conditions will change in due course - there has been discussion - but because US medicine is more different from the commonwealth than any of those countries is from the others it looks harder to do a single system. FOr instance if asked we'd probably be able to fork the material... it would be likely that elements could be shared in common and so on.

What should I do?
Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review
deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.
The image and all the other content on Ganfyd was (and remains) licenced under the Ganfyd Licence. Anyone can copy and publish it, only registered medical professionals in the specified countries and members of the project may edit and redistribute it - which nobody would wish to do)

The wiki is in cold storage, and may be taken on by anyone who would like to. It'd be nice if it came back. The machine serving a specific page for the URL is doing other things at the moment. ("unidentified personal site" - it has my name on it!)
