This article was much more informative before this hapless edit. Sigh. Seems some people still don't understand that "unsourced" does not mean "unverifiable", and that only content "likely to be challenged" should be removed. -- œ ™ 00:29, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
I would like to second that statement. Eg. I regularly encounter "Front Office" as a job description in the banking sector, but have no idea on how to make this referencable on Wikipedia. But instead of gradually growing the description in Wikipedia, the edit mentioned above indicates that the article already had some sort of "stub" for this, but it was killed by "higher powers". 2003:E0:A71E:9800:21B:21FF:FE50:34D ( talk) 11:39, 22 February 2018 (UTC)

Article seems written by a high schooler. I am not a Wikipedia editor but the English isn’t great in this article and it seems very anecdotal. “Front office workers might feel sad because they deal with mean customers.” Like what?? 73.111.3.27 ( talk) 05:12, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
