Irrelevant CWGC Citation

The CWGC citation given to his commemoration does not relate to him - a read of the web page shows that it relates to another Frank Costello, of the 2nd Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, whose death date is given as 7 November 1914, earlier than that of the subject of this article.
