Vigreux column has a link but goes to nothing? Is this preemptive? Did someone have intentions of an article?
The drawing for the column is not correct. the downcomers must be submerged in the liquid on the tray they are coming down to. BOKAKOB 15:51, 12 June 2007 (UTC)BOKAKOB
Can I use a condenser as a fractionator? Say I have two Allinh condensers, can I mount one vertically, then the elbow, then a second condenser? And would I use water-cooling for both? 204.69.139.16 ( talk) 21:12, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Is a simple lab distillation column really called a fractionating column? The only way to get anything into fractions with it is sequentially, by exchanging the recieving flask after the first compound is fully distilled off the residual. -- Maxus96 ( talk) 01:09, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
