In order to work off the tags and prior to spending more time on research for the article, I wanted to provide valid arguments for the notability of the person as required by the Wikipedia:Notability_(academics) guidelines. I am suggesting to remove the notability tag because Godart meets at least 3 of the 8 requires criterias (I didn't look into the others that deep).

• (2) He received the AoM Award twice => http://obweb.org/awards/conference-awards
