This is now the second time I have had to change the 10-Q date to the proper filing due date. Unless my sources are wrong, please do not change this to the outdated dates without commenting here.

10-Q due dates
The filing due date for the 10-Q is 45 days after the quarter-end for non-accelerated filers, 40 days after the quarter-end for accelerated and large accelerated filers. See the Financial Reporting Manual on the SEC website.

Added a Globalize/USA tag. Yes, Form 10-Q is specific to the USA, but the language of the article should make that clear up front.
