The statement about DBS (BSS) satellites using circular polarization may be true in the States, but in Europe they virtually all use linear.

first DBS?

Primestar came out in 1991, several years before dish network. Or were they somehow not DBS? -- 70.171.187.183 18:04, 28 October 2007 (UTC) reply
