The authors of that paper consider F. rimosivaginus a separate species, while The Plant List has it as a synonym of F. strictus. It looks like these authors may be splitters; it's not clear if their 3 species concept of the genus is generally accepted. Plantdrew ( talk) 17:51, 12 February 2014 (UTC) reply
