The emphasis on the designer in this article seems out of place in the beginning heading of the article. It should have a mention in a separate exterior design sub heading. Due to an IBAN in place, I am unable to do this but I'd like some other editor to make the said improvements.

Fastest from 1994?
How the car produced from 1992 can became fastest in 1994? was there something faster in 1992-1994 and ceased to exist and wiped the records?

"Although designed as a world car, because of U.S. emissions and safety regulations, the 456 didn’t make it to North America until the summer of 1994," There is something seriously wrong with this logic. US-centrics claim that a car becomes a car when it is available in the US=World.
