I have removed the Notability (Books) template from the page due to
Gavin.collins history of suggesting articles for deletion based on this requirement. The template is inappropriate, while the article could use some cleanup and sources, this does not make it questionable on whether it should be notable enough to be on Wikipedia. The game has been around for almost 12 years, and is sold in many gaming shops. —Preceding

Primary sources
I have removed the primary sources template and replaced it with an unreferenced template which is more appropriate. The primary sources requirement is meant for historical and biographical focussed articles. To quote from the policy page: "Primary sources that have been published by a reliable source may be used in Wikipedia, but only with care, because it is easy to misuse them." In the case of this article or any article related to fiction, aside from reviews, it would be almost impossible to not use primary sources without the entry being invalid. See
WP:PSTS for information on how that policy should be used.

This game has been around since 1986. There is a message board where players can and regularly do post on all sorts of topics relevant to the game. The parent message board is here:
http://www.starfleetgames.com/discus/. It currently has 24 different subfora, many of which have their own sub-sub-fora. About 10 expansions to the game have been published over the years. The game is regularly played at Origins.
