From what I can tell, blizzard conditions were very limited. In my opinion, "February 2017 United States winter storm" would be a more appropriate title as such.

It doesn't matter what it is dubbed if it is incorrect. The only places with blizzard warnings were part of Long Island and extreme eastern Massachusetts. "Winter storm" is a far more appropriate title.

Except aside from you failing to prove that it is even a common name, it is objectively incorrect for 99% of the affected area. "winter storm" is easily identifiable and accurate, so I do not understand your opposition.

Master of Time: Per the NWS in
this statement, blizzard conditions were met and confirmed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, so the name change is unnecessary, because if the storm produced blizzard conditions in several areas and states, it should definitely be called a blizzard. Furthermore, the NWS is the official agency that calls the definition of a blizzard America, so again no page move is needed. --MarioProtIV (talk/contribs)
