Hahnchen:, no, I didn't see it. I am super duper new to writing on Wikipedia, so I didn't even know a request page existed ^^'. Could you explain in more detail what a development section is? I am right in assuming that it is a page where you first propose changes to an article (in contrast to directly making changes to the article)? - --

This is the page where we can propose changes. A "development" section is typically found in video game articles and describes the process (motivation, design goals, funding, timeframe, milestones, technology) of developing the game. See
Dishonored#Development for an in depth example, and
Deactivators#Development for a short one. It's just an idea should you wish to expand the article. -
