I removed some things from the 'Trivia' section which were unverifiable and/or silly. If anybody has cites for the two statements I tagged, that would be a beautiful thing. ObtuseAngle 22:12, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Is their any source that can back up this claim? I checked out the brief history section on the city's official site. It states that there was a 1949 referendum on whether to petition Roseville or Saint Paul for annexation, or to incorporate independently (which was the option chosen by a margin of 5 to 1). The boundaries of the old Rose Township contained within it areas later annexed by Minneapolis and Saint Paul, as well as all of modern-day Falcon Heights, Roseville, and Lauderdale. However, I don't get the impression that the Saint Paul section of the old township is actually part of modern-day Falcon Heights. Eco84 | Talk 23:53, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
An anonymous editor keeps adding an unreferenced bit about the recent shooting to the history section. It is obviously not history. I can't really see discussing these events at all until the situation clarifies, per NOTNEWS, but if the consensus is to include something, my choice would be a link to the article on the incident in a "See also" section.
