Richard Simon, was FRS, and his title of nobility is presumably Prussian.

I could add a lot, but since I am a professional historian working on Spanheim, it would probably violate Wikipedia guidelines by being considered original research. I'll be back in a couple years when I've had a chance to publish. :-)
