How come there was an NPOV tag with no talk page?
I removed the first section, which was a copy from June 12, 2000, Upside Magazine article by Howard Wolinsky.
It's likely that more parts are copied. I haven't checked them all.

Is this NPOV? "Regardless of public statements, Mr Krause's employment contract clearly stated that he would be significantly rewarded for taking the company into bankruptcy" Especially as it says it is contrary to public statemtns and has no references? I tagged the article for references.
