Wonderful job with your contribution to this article! I am really impressed by your edits to the lead, as well as how you carefully balanced adding relevant and important new material without overpowering any sections. I would suggest that you add more context from the articles that you are referencing (like author names and years of publication) to improve the quality of the reference and the neutrality of the post as a whole. Additionally adding more images would improve the quality of the article by making it more visually appealing and engaging to viewers. The most important things you could do to improve this article is include more details from your sources to increase NPOV! Again, great work on such an important article. I look forward to seeing the final contribution! Madison Roy ( talk) 18:55, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
This article is well written in that it is very direct, readable, and organized sensibly. I really was impressed by how concisely you were able to tackle a topic such as Eviction. Your writing was detailed and clear. In terms of changes, as it affects neutrality and scholarly backing, I would suggest a reduction in how much Matthew Desmond’s work is discussed as it is not scholarly work (as indicated in Resource list). Expanding on eviction policy (maybe place it near the section where evictee rights are discussed) and using a different source to display eviction from the evictees side as well as find a source that more thoroughly discusses reasons for evictions on the landlord’s side is what I believe would be the most important step from here on. Once again, fantastic job! EEmenike ( talk) 01:20, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
