Seems reasonable to me. Actually, it's mostly just the definition of a term;
wiktionary already has an entry for it, so maybe it could be merged there instead. I don't imagine the article has much room to grow.
Actually, one way it could grow is to point out the differences between en femme and in drag which are related but describe different things.
Another option besides a merge, might be to consider creating a list of cross-dressing or transgender-related terms, and place it there instead.
Fwiw, while I'm here: the explanation given of the French derivation was all wrong, and probably done by a student of French, or someone with a dictionary and no real knowledge either of French, or of how translation really works. That's not adequate for explaining something like this. It's better now. Could be copyedited some more to flow better, but the part requiring French is done.
