This article is a mess - and all the information has been moved to the German Colony page which I worked on extenstively just yesterday. There is no reason for all the duplication, plus this one is very badly written.--

Sure there are areas of duplication, but also areas of substantial difference around the mixed population history of the area.That is why it is also part of Palestinian history. I have striven for neutrality.

A year has passed and nothing has been done about the duplication on this page, which includes the same information as on the German Colony page, but without proper citation. Something needs to be done.--
