This is by far the poorest article I have ever come across on English Wikipedia, it is entirely incoherent and offers little real value to Wikipedia in it's current state, I suggest that it be deleted and the original Spanish article be translated competently.

The problem is that in spanish wikipedia there isn't an article about this. I'll start working on it (spanish) and then, hopefully, translate (as far as I can go), need help.--
