Hello,

I read this part: `(some Toba leaders and the Chinese community, in particular; these groups had benefited economically from Dutch rule)` and I tried to go into the reference it cited, which was `Dick 2002, p.103.`. I went into the book and on page 103, there was no mention of Toba.

The ISBN of the book I was reading is 9781741150209. Please let me know if I have misread the book.
