If any of you have ever read the magazine, it was different than other teen magazines. The clothes were a lot more unusual rather than the usual stuff you buy at the mall. The music was interesting, not pop, much more my style. There were all sorts of great articles, on everything from sex advice to candy. I miss it.

Elle Girl was awesome. It was much better than the other teen magazines in that the music it featured wasn't all mainstream, there were a large variety of article subjects about political stuff even not just boys and if you looked at the clothes, there were individual vintage, handi-down, designer and high-street pieces blended together really well.

The idea of Ellegirl being gone, to me anyway, is a very depressing thought. I'm going to miss it, and I agree, it was different from other magazines. That was what made it so special.
