Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, I don't believe this is spam. It is a Canadian gouvernement initiative but I agree some of the wording should be modified. I'll do that myself as I approved the submission. -- Domdeparis ( talk) 14:47, 4 September 2017 (UTC) reply
