Nowhere does the source mention a "Dervish-Dhulbahante" government, if anything it implies that the Mullah is speaking on behalf of the Dhulbahante as their ruler.
The second part is pure
WP:SYNTH and is irrelevant to the actual battle of Dul Madoba. Your Diiriye Guure article has already been deleted for grossly violating
WP:OR as well as
WP:SYNTH. You're using these two sources to imply that this Diiriye figure was above the Mullah (without both sources mentioning such a thing at all).
