The oblique reason I created this article in lieu of a disambiguation page was so that there would be a corollary Asian "See also" link at the bottom of the article about Japan's Chrysanthemum Throne. This subject seems to generates minor, intermittent controversies -- see Talk:Chrysanthemum Throne#Off-topic. It appears that there are perennially unresolved questions about what needs to be considered "off-topic"?
