Of the three links: the 1st is a connection that times out, the 2nd gives an error code, and 3rd contains almost no information. They are not really evidence of anything.--

Comment Google searches (excluding Wiki) produce the following results. I am surprised; it seemed obvious to me that "Itanagar Airport" should be the most common, but the reverse appears to be true.
What WikiEdits2003's links show is that sources that use "Donyi Polo Airport" take the trouble to tell readers where it is. For example, ThePrint[6] says "Itanagar's Donyi Polo Airport", and IndiGo[7] says "Donyi Polo airport, Itanagar". "Donyi Polo Airport" is a fairly useless article name. But "Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar" would work as an article name.--

SupportDonyi Polo Airport, Itanagar per discussion above. This joint name is used a decent amount in sources, and is also the name the airport appears to use on
Twitter, which also shows a sign for "Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar" in the actual airport in its banner. (I'm not sure if that second part is usable – I have not verified whether that Twitter account actually belongs to the airport, but a quick scan of its posting history seems to support that it does, and it has been @'d by the Airports Authority of India's account, which is legacy verified itself.)
