It is obivious that the person who nominated this article for deletion just singled it out after he just looked at it for no appearant reason. I don't think he has been to the other articles similar to this one. I think what he is doing is a waste of time. DOCOMO PACIFIC – DOCOMO PACIFIC’s website and every other mention of this phone carrier I see online has the name capitalized, just like its Japanese parent company NTT DOCOMO. (Example: the page title of the website:
