There may be another periodical named Digital Review Magazine but the year range makes it clear to which this article refers. /info/en/?search=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Digital_Review may have been an attempt for the 1983-1992 magazine, but the statement "The article is little more then a listing of the website" suggests otherwise: 1983 wasn't a year for magazines online, when low baud rates would have made seeing images of new products a patience-taxing experience.
