I'd rather merge them the other way 'round. The Article on the second has nothing but backround to the Protestation, merge it into the Protestation article. While we're at it it's the Protestation of Speyer not at Speyer.

why on earth is this article called "second" diet of speyer? over a period of 500 years there were around 50 diets in speyer. this one certainly was not the second one.--
