In English "non-regulatory" would perhaps mean "outside government regulation". A magazine not published on a fixed schedual would be published "irregularly". Nick Beeson ( talk) 17:00, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
The contributers need to be updated from the german page which seems to be more correct.
