i have removed File:Dewoitine D.371.jpg as it is patently NOT a D.371, but either the prototype or one of three pre-series D.1 aircraft built without the pylon supporting the wing!!!--

Merge, although it should be named Dewoitine D.37. Under the French military designation system of the time, the first two digits represented the main type, and all additional digits represent sub-types. Almost the only time the subtypes should have their own pages is if only a single sub-type was built, otherwise the page should be under the parent type - which in this case would be the Dewoitine D.37 (sometimes written as D.370)
