Like
Cahilty Lake, British Columbia, if this is about the lake, it should be titled
Devick Lake (British Columbia). The comma format is supposed to be for localities/communities. This, like Cahilty Lake (both in thes same area I'm pretty sure - NE of Kamloops) is probably both; i.e. a ranch/locality (though not a post office - ??) but also a physical lake. Seems redundant to have both, but if this article expands and is about the Devick family, it's a community article, not a lake one; the lake one would only ever be a stub, whereas the community/locality one might become something more if the history of the ranch and area is expanded upon (as it probably may be over time).....

hmmm, turns out Cowichan redirects to
Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, which though written largely as an article about the lake seems intended to be about the community, as is the format of its title, and by the inclusion of {{tl:Communities on Vancouver Island}}.......

If you write two lines about the lake, it would be clear which is meant. I'd contribute a
infobox lake - User:Docu
