Calculation error in total number of ex servicemen

Total number of ex servicemen is wrongly reflected in article.

   2.6 million ex servicemen (26 lac)

+ 60000 widows = 3.2 million (32 lac) total is not correct as mentioned in article

    (Either it is 2.66 million or number of widow is 600000)
