Information to be added or removed: Please add a section of notable people associated with the medical school: Notable People National Academy of Medicine Members
Seventeen members of the National Academy of Medicine: • Karen DeSalvo, M.D., MPH • George Georgiou, Ph.D. • Clay Johnston, M.D., Ph.D. • George Macones, M.D., MSCE • Mark McClellan, M.D., Ph.D. • Charles Nemeroff, M.D., Ph.D. • Nicholas Peppas, Sc.D. • William Sage, M.D., J.D. • Kenneth Shine, M.D. (professor emeritus) • William Tierney, M.D.
Explanation of issue: The first class graduated in 2020 so we do not have notable graduates but do have notable faculty and staff to recognize. Information to be added or removed: Change "The new medical campus will sit on existing University property at the southeastern corner of the central campus...teaching hospital that Seton Healthcare is building." to reflect that construction is completed on the Health Transformation Building, Health Learning Building, Health Discovery Building, and the Health Center Garage and these buildings have been open to the public since 2016. Dell Seton, the hospital is also completed and open.
A possible change could be: The new medical campus includes the Health Transformation Building, Health Learning Building, Health Discovery Building and Health Center Garage. They sit on existing University property at the southeastern corner of the central campus, adjacent to the UT School of Nursing and to the Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas—the new $295 million, 211-bed teaching hospital that Seton Healthcare built.[2][6]
Explanation of issue: Information is outdated and does not reflect the buildings currently on campus and open. Information to be added or removed: Can the image be updated to one of the buildings on campus, like the Health Learning Building? This would be a good image to use: https://mapwell.s3.amazonaws.com/1/account_photo/2017__01__27--Dell-Med-Health-Learning-Building-DSC_4300.jpg Explanation of issue: The building pictured is of the teaching hospital and not technically of the medical school.
