It must be fixed in the Alex MacK article, can't find it.....it's
North Bentinck Arm...[[South Bentinck Arm is a "dead end" fjord with no outlet/access to the Interior; its head is a low pass to the head off
Tallheo Inlet/
Tallheo River. North Bentinck Arm is the mouth of the
Bella Coola River, i.e.
Bella Coola, British Columbia. BTW I'm always amused out here in Halifax watching the NBCbroad ast from Boston - they always show the weather in Bella Coola, as if it were the major town around "here" and not Vancouver)

A map or schematic would make this much more intelligible. Trying to describe complex physical features just in words is extremely difficult, and this article is at present not very successful in doing so. The tone is also somewhat boastful - along the lines of 'we have the longest fjord in the world'. The word 'fjord' is suddenly introduced without warning - how do we know this a like a fjord? I have added a link to the town of Raphoe in Ireland and corrected the spelling.
