[1] Scrolling down this site one can find the story Lewis's book is about.

Here one can read that "He is currently researching a book on the Reichstag Fire.". Since there is no date, I don`t know whether he has stopped or finished that project. Austerlitz

On his business homepage there is a number of books to be found
[3] but his book about Dr. Edmund Forster is not mentioned at all. Maybe he is not the same person?
I am not an expert on David Lewis but if you look on a page connected to the "The Man Who Invented Hitler" book
[4] and another page
[5] connected with the "cognitive neuropsychologist" then you will see two pictures of "David Lewis" and – to me – they show the same man. –
