You sure Pacification in Algeria was ever Classified? I can't find any such reference at RAND or anywhere else. - Mark Peppers
I believe, although can't find a confirming source online, that it was the Counterinsurgency manual that was classified until recently, not "Pacification in Algeria."
Does anybody know, was David Galula Jewish? I know of French Algerian Jews with that last name, but that's not conclusive.
