I made scads of revisions in wording, inserted several comments re substantial needs, filled some explanatory and factual gaps, tagged one NEED (disputed a fact, in effect). I printed it, planning as I commute to read it and think about the matters of my WP:COMMENTs. -- P64 ( talk) 21:47, 4 November 2014 (UTC)
On the United States and North America, I changed lead wording last week and added a Note today. Full coverage may be too much for any tournaments article (primarily Bermuda Bowl), as for this article or any biography. In some of those articles I have Noted the USA1 and USA2 thing without attention to earlier representation of North America.
It occurs to me that the best place for a reasonably full explanation or two, in the body of an article rather than the footer, may be United States Bridge Federation.
