Comment the article is the primary topic for the suggested title hence the redirect, but i disagree that theres issue with redundancy, as this is the English WP and the native name is normally attached with a standard English word descriptor, in this case road, which makes it
tautological like
Lake Danao (Leyte). The question is, is disambiguation needed to distinguish this road from the
barangay or the
school? ;)--

Sorry for the late reply, but IMO Champs Elysees is right where it should be per WP:COMMONNAME. At least popular non-English streets get to be called by their native names, but you can find other similar examples at
List of tautological place names#Human structures. While i didnt object to the move, i was only saying this practice is not exclusive to Philippine places.--
