I've moved the original programming table here, because both articles can easily fit in this one before it's required to split. Swamp Thing and Harley Quinn have been moved to draft space, as articles for television series (and films, for that matter) do not typically exist until filming or animation production has commenced. (Titans and Young Justice: Outsiders have commenced.) Finally, should this article be disambiguated with (company) or (streaming service)? -- AlexTW10:29, 3 May 2018 (UTC)reply
Sorry Alex. Didn't see your initial question at the end of your post above. Let's see if we get anyone else to comment over the next couple of days. Otherwise, I'll
WP:BEBOLD and make the change. -

I created it with company because I wasn't sure if there was something in the Manual of Style regarding the labeling of services like this in the event of articles with the same name. I suppose it hasn't really come up before. I was inclined to use (streaming service) but didn't see it used on any other article. I'd agree it is probably more accurate but overall I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other. I'd support a move I suppose. –

Half the lead needs to be rewritten. It reads as a sales pitch, it isn't neutral, it contains
WP:PEACOCK terms, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was copy-and-pasted from an actual press release. DarkKnight214921:28, 26 May 2018 (UTC)reply
"DC Universe is expected to offer more than video content through the inclusion of an immersive experience with fan interaction that encompasses comics in addition to television." - Tell me that doesn't sound like someone working for
DC Comics wrote the thing... DarkKnight214921:33, 26 May 2018 (UTC)reply
Eh, we may have to wait until there are more details before I can fully rewrite it. The problem is that, despite hyping up the service with peacock statements like "offers more than video content" and "immersive experience", it's incredibly vague:
- "DC Universe is expected to offer more than video content..." Wait, "expected"? Does it or doesn't it? And if there's a chance it won't, what are we doing talking about it?
- "...through the inclusion of an immersive experience..." I'm definitely rewording that somehow.
- "...with fan interaction that encompasses comics in addition to television." - It says "with". Does that mean the fan interaction is the "immersive experience" or is that referring to something else? Secondly, how does fan interaction "encompass" comics and television? Are the shows and comics just the forum of conversation? Are there comment sections on each of them? What do they mean by "encompass"?
All in all, I'll try to reword what I can for now. I'm thinking about removing most of that sentence altogether. It's worded in a manner that tries to get the reader excited for the service (a violation of
WP:NPOV), but actually tells us very little, offering minimal encyclopedic content. DarkKnight214901:15, 27 May 2018 (UTC)reply
Titans on Netflix Internationally
Should we take Titans, the service’s flagship series, being distributed by Netflix as the definitive sign that the service won’t expand beyond the US and Canada?--

What should happen with this article come January 21
Should we simply move the article to
DC Universe Infinite? Since it's completely different content, should this stay and a new article be created at
DC Universe Infinite? Or should we move the article to the new name, and possible split the streaming content over to one of HBO Max's articles? Something else? -
