I have searched extensively but cannot find evidence of this in any
reliable source. The closest I've come is
this article from the BBC which doesn't do much to instill confidence in the fact-checking: "The world rapping record was previously held by Canadian rapper TO who managed 8 hours 45 minutes of the music a few months ago." That's "TO", not "DO". There are tons of mentions on the internet but it seems more like "common knowledge" rather than
verifiable fact. While searching I found tons of good sources for
Tung Twista as fastest rapper but none for this.
