I think this article should mention the state in which the game shipped. There was a lot of bugs, initially. Actually, there still are a lot as of right now, especially on platforms and storefronts other than Valve's Steam.
Steam Reviews peaked at 89% positivity during the first weekend, and dropped to 88% because of negative reviews mostly about the bugs. Some users also criticize the game, using other games in the "roguelite" genre for comparison. -

Yeah... This is one of the reason why I created this thread. 😅.
Uh... Shouldn't we change the phrasing of the sentence though? "Cult of the Lamb sold one million units within its first week of release." Wouldn't something like "Devolver Digital reported that Cult of the Lamb sold one million units within its first week of release." be better? This is an honest question. I don't want to start a fight because I think that #Sales serves a purpose and shouldn't be deleted.
