I am very confused about the list of perfect cubes. 4 is defintiely not a perfect cube and 122.300 WTF?

I disagree with using n as the number. Most people think of n as an integer. However, cubes can be performed on any real number. I think x would be a better choice.

As things stand now, "x" is used in the section "In real numbers, other fields, and rings", and "n" is used for the majority of the article, which given the geometrical diagrams and the implication of that section title, does seem to only be discussing integers. --
