The two bullet points should be removed under the section "Death Penalty" under "Political Positions"
These political positions, like many on this page, are outdated and unrepresentative of Senator Deeds' policy stances. Senator Deeds voted in favor of eliminating the death penalty in Virginia in 2021. Furthermore, he voted against removing the "trigger-man clause" in 2011 (source in references section).
I am not sure whether or not Senator Deeds said in 2005 that he disagreed with the Supreme Court's ruling restricting application of the death penalty to minors. However, given that he voted to eliminate the death penalty in 2021, this point on his wikipedia page seems outdated.
Vote in favor of abolishing the death penalty (2021): [1] Vote against removing the trigger-man clause (2011, Senator Deeds voted yes to a motion to pass by indefinitely, killing the bill): [2]
