I'm a little confused about what the man's name should be. This article is entitled Craig Fugate. The lede calls him William Craig Fugate. The
Federal Emergency Management Agency article calls him W. Craig Fugate. Has he expressed a prefernce for himself? What name was he sworn in as? Thanks,
