These mean the same thing, and are simply Canadian names for the Western Cordillera; they do not refer to a subrange/subsystem of it, either. the Pacific Mountain System/ Pacific Coast Ranges are a subsystem of it, but "Pacific Cordillera" is not corret if used in reference to them/it (one is the US classification-name, the other is the Canadian equivalent).
